About the Lascal Buggyboard Maxi.
Looking at the second instalment of this buggy board you have the same design. We get into the differences down below.
Just like the successor, it has large durable wheels and also reflective painting to keep it visible during nighttime. The Lascal Maxi suits almost all strollers.
Nice colours and design and with the easy fix connectors you can fit the buggy board easy on the pushchair. The standing area is large and smooth to keep your toddler comfortable.
The buggy board it’s not too large which makes it more comfortable for parents who are pushing the buggy and it being in front of them.
You can also buy a saddle for your toddler to sit on, which can be better for some.
About the Lascal Buggyboard Mini.
The same design as the Maxi, it has the same smooth surface where your little one stands and the easy fix connectors as indicated are easy to attach.
Matches with many strollers which can be 4 or 3 wheelers, double or single strollers, etc. Suitable for different age ranges and will last long with the family.
With almost the same colours as the others above.
What’s the Difference Between the Buggyboard Maxi Plus, Maxi and Mini?
Their age ranges differ. For the Lascal buggy board mini you have from 2 years up to 4 years which is usually the age many toddlers would require it.
For the Maxi, you have from 18 months up to 4 years. This means is before 2 years and would suit those families who love to always go out with their little ones.
The Maxi plus had the best age range which is from 2 years up to 6 years. That’s right, with this one your 5 and 6- year old will be able to join in.
Some preschoolers can also get tired pretty easily so the board can be helpful for them to stand or sit on. You won’t be able to carry your big child all the time.
So, the age range is noticeable and place a big factor when choosing which Lascal buggy board to use.
Although the maximum age range is 20kg for all of them according to the manufacturers but with the Maxi plus you have more space for chubby kids.
Size and Wheels.
For the Lascal Mini buggy board, you have these dimensions H24, W42, and D8cm. It’s smaller than the others which you can see in the name.
It has less space to stand on and the wheels are tinier as well. Less durable and more suitable with lightweight pushchairs and buggies.
It’s better on flat surfaces. The Maxi and Maxi plus are bigger and have more space to stand on. The plus is slightly bigger. These two lascal buggy boards are more suitable for tougher grounds.
Like grass and other uneven grounds. Although pushing it on sand won’t be easy.
Colours and Prices.
The colours are almost the same on all of them. The Lascal Mini has other colours which you can choose if you buy it from certain stores. Called the special edition.
The main colours as mentioned above are black and grey, red and black, blue and red. The Mini is of course cheaper. It’s around £54 in most stores.
For the Maxi, it’s around £83 but can be more than that depending on where you buy it from. With the saddle, you have £130.
The Lascal Maxi plus comes with the saddle when buying it, but with the Maxi, you can choose whether you want it or not. So, the price can differ in that regard.
There’s a price difference between these two as well depending on your decision.
With and Without Saddle.
Both the Maxi and Maxi plus have the saddle which is the seating area. Lascal buggy board mini does not have the saddle so your toddler can only stand on it and not seat.
The saddle in the Maxi and Maxi plus are the same, it’s even interchangeable.
Which One is Better?
There’s no doubt that the Lascal buggy board Maxi plus is better. Because it has a better age range when compared to the Maxi.
Besides that, all other features are the same. Both have saddles and are more suitable for strolling in the park, etc. The price is the same as well, the only difference is if you order Maxi plus you must have the saddle.
Depending on your toddler’s weight at the age of 4 you can still use the Maxi beyond that. The same with the Lascal Mini. Toddlers of the same age can differ in weight.
Lascal buggy board mini has fewer features and it’s more suitable for certain types of areas and pushchairs as mentioned above.
This makes it not the best choice, however, depending on where you live and how much you go out it can be the best one for you. It’s cheap to save you money.
What is it going to be? Which one of these do you think will suit your lifestyle the best? Although they differ in quality these are all good buggy boards and known by many parents to provide support.
The buggy boards can stay with the family for years because they are compatible with almost any stroller. If you change the stroller you can still use it.
It’s easy to clean, clip and tuck away when needed. My advice would be to buy either the Maxi or the Maxi plus. Having a saddle can be important, especially for your 2-year-old.
They tend to get more tired.
